Postage rates – national and international
All national orders are sent and tracked via Australia Post eParcel and require signature on delivery. International orders are sent and tracked via DHL.
Note: international orders are sent out once weekly, on Thursday. If you require express service, we’ll happily arrange it for you – additional fees will apply.
Parcels are Hound & Bone branded, including a print care card. Postage prices include all necessary print packaging (whether this be a flat pack print box or print tube).
We also offer a dropshipping service – more on that below.

International orders – currently by quote
Due to COVID19 and the impact it has had on global freight logistics, international shipping rates have changed substantially. Exchange Rate Surcharges and Emergency Surcharges are now applicable to every parcel shipped. As such, we are not currently able to offer flat rates for international parcels. We can still offer international shipping by quote, but please be aware that due to the above surcharges the prices are higher than standard.
Dropshipping (white label service)
$4.40 per order in addition to the postage cost.
Let us take care of the packaging and posting of your orders. The order will have your details in the return field, no trace of our branding, and will appear to be sent direct by you. For a more personalised touch, we can also include any branded assets you supply us with.
Please note that we cannot print directly onto our packaging materials, nor can we print stickers, business cards, or thank you cards (or any other stationery items) – but we can refer you to local businesses who can help, and who can send these items direct to us to include with your orders.

eParcel is a reliable and efficient method of post, only available to Australia Post business account holders.
Hound & Bone insurance
In the unlikely event that your print goes missing or doesn’t arrive in pristine condition, we’ll reprint and resend it for you, free of charge.
Specialised print packaging materials
We carefully and securely package your prints with materials designed specifically for the purpose of mailing fine art prints.
Tracked notifications sent to you
You can follow your client’s order on its journey, and pass along tracking details to your client.
Personalised packaging (optional)
We apply your branding to the print packaging and/or the postage box. We can also include business cards, leaflets, stickers, ‘with comps’ or other note. You’ll need to supply us with the branded assets.
